Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Strataaa, a platform for hosting course communities. The finalized agreement will cover the items below and be reviewed by counsel before being published.
Subscription & auto-renewal
Solo, Standard Pro, and Premiere are recurring monthly subscriptions. California residents have specific protections under the Automatic Renewal Law: you will be informed of the recurring charge before signing up, you can cancel any time from your account settings, and a confirmation email is sent within minutes of every charge.
Refunds
We offer a seven-day full refund window from the date of purchase for setup fees on Standard Pro and Premiere builds. Detail is in our Refund Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of all course content, lessons, posts, and materials you upload. We license only what's necessary to host and serve them to your members.
Acceptable use
Strataaa may not be used to host illegal content, harass other users, send spam, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided as-is; the finalized terms will state our liability cap and exclusions consistent with California law.
Governing law & disputes
These terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved as outlined in the finalized agreement.
