Refund Policy
We offer a seven-day full refund window from the date of purchase for setup fees on Standard Pro and Premiere builds. If your build is not what you expected, email hello@strataaa.com within seven days and we will refund 100% of the setup fee.
What's refundable
- Standard Pro and Premiere setup fees, in full, within seven days
- Pro-rated monthly subscription if cancelled mid-cycle, by request
What's not refundable
- Bandwidth-overage charges past the cap, since they reflect real costs already incurred
- Already-completed white-glove migrations or scoped consulting work
How to request a refund
Email hello@strataaa.com from the address on your account. Include the org name and approximate purchase date. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within five business days of approval.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription any time from your account settings. California residents can cancel online with no more than two clicks per the Automatic Renewal Law.
