Privacy Policy
Strataaa is a platform for course communities. This page will describe what personal information we collect from visitors and creators, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data — including the rights granted to California residents under the CCPA and CPRA.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash), org configuration you submit during onboarding, payment metadata returned by Stripe (we never see your raw card details), and usage analytics like pages viewed and features used. The final list will be enumerated here.
How we use it
To provide the platform, fulfill your subscription, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the right to request a copy of their data, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@strataaa.com. The finalized policy will include the formal request channel and our response-time commitments.
