Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. The finalized notice below will be reviewed by counsel.
Your rights
- Right to know — request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
- Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request that we fix inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not currently sell personal information to third parties; if that ever changes, you can opt out below.
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights does not affect your ability to use Strataaa.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Strataaa does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you would still like to formally submit an opt-out request, email hello@strataaa.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
Submitting a request
Email hello@strataaa.com from the email associated with your account. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by the CCPA.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you.
